Current Sage Accpac 100 Edition clients can upgrade to the 200 or 500 Edition and Sage Accpac 200 Edition clients can upgrade to the 500 Edition and:
- Receive their registered core modules* FREE when they upgrade on or before August 29, 2006.
- Take 50% off their registered core modules* upgrade price when they upgrade from August 30 through September 28, 2006.
System Manager, LanPaks and products not defined as core modules* must be upgraded and purchased at current upgrade pricing.
* Core modules are 500 and 200 Edition GL, AR, AP, IC, OE, PO, PR, Optional Fields and Multicurrency. |

- Current Sage Accpac 100 Edition clients can upgrade to the 200 or 500 Edition and Sage Accpac 200 Edition clients can upgrade to the 500 Edition.
- Sage Accpac 200 and 100 Edition clients must be registered by July 1, 2006 to qualify.
- Core modules that qualify for this promotion are 500 and 200 Edition GL, AR, AP, IC, OE, PO, PR, Optional Fields and Multicurrency.
- Only registered core modules qualify for this promotion.
- Client must be on Software Assurance in order to quality for this promotion.
- Client must upgrade System Manager, all registered core modules and LanPaks to be eligible for the promotion.
- System Manager, LanPaks and all products other than core modules listed above must be purchased at current upgrade pricing.
- Any new modules or Sage Accpac Options products must be purchased at published SRP.
- Sale must be performed through the Master CD program, where available.
- One year of Software Assurance is required on all products purchased on this promotion including free modules. Software Assurance fees are calculated on full product SRP.
- Product upgraded under this promotion is not returnable.
- Price protection is not available for any sales made prior to the announcement of this promotion.
- Offer valid only in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America.
